The Directors of Uranium Exploration Australia Limited (‘UXA’) are pleased to announce the successful completion of our placement of $1.3 million through the issue of 13,320,039 new ordinary fully paid shares were issued at 10 cents per share. The funds raised will be applied towards exploration working capital.
