The Directors of Uranium Exploration Australia Limited (‘UXA’) are pleased to announce the successful completion of our placement of $3.9 million through the issue of 39,379,607 new ordinary fully paid shares were issued at 10 cents per share. The funds raised will be applied towards exploration working capital.
